Adoption of an amendment to this Constitution shall require a two-thirds of the Members present and voting in the General Assembly. 3. The amendments shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the deposit with the Depositary of instruments of ratification or acceptance of such amendments by two-thirds of the Members.". |
