Participation of Victims
at the International Criminal Court
In this lecture, Judge Song presents the main features of victims’ participation in proceedings before the International Criminal Court. In addition to an analysis of the relevant provisions of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and its Rules of Procedure and Evidence, Judge Song discusses the context of victims’ participation both at the domestic and at the international level.
