The Convention shall be open for signature to Member States of the United Nations, which are Contracting Parties to the 1951 Agreement on International Goods Transport by Rail, from 23 April to27 April 2007 at the United Nations Office in Geneva. Thereafter, it shall remain open for signature at United Nations Headquarters in New York until 31 December 2007.

In accordance with its article 38, the Convention shall be open for signature by all Member States of the United Nations. The above Convention shall be open for signature on 6 February 2007 in Paris, France, and thereafter at United Nations Headquarters in New York.

INTERNATIONAL TROPICAL TIMBER AGREEMENT, 2006 The above Agreement was adopted on 27 January 2006 at Geneva by the United Nations Conference for the Negotiation of a Successor Agreement to the International Tropical Timber Agreement, 1994. In accordance with its article 36, the Agreement shall be open for signature at United Nations Headquarters in New York from 3 April 2006 until one month after the date of its entry into force, by Governments invited to the United Nations Conference for the Negotiation of a Successor Agreement to the International Tropical Timber Agreement, 1994.

PROTOCOL ON STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT TO THE CONVENTION ON ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT IN A TRANSBOUNDARY CONTEXT The above Protocol was adopted on 21 May 2003 by the Extraordinary Meeting of the Parties to the Convention of 25 February 1991 on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context held in Kiev, from 21 to 23 May 2003, at the International Exhibition Centre in Kiev.
