Notice on the issuance of the report:

The Commission adopted its annual report on 11 August 2006. The report is currently undergoing processing and it is anticipated that it will be issued during the last week of September simultaneously in all official languages of the United Nations. It will be posted on this web site on the date of its release.

Delegations are kindly advised that all the documentation considered by the Commission at its fifty-eighth session, as well as all the various sets of draft articles adopted by the Commission at the session, are already available on the site in all official languages. In addition, extracts from the ILC report, covering- Chapter II & III (E, F, S) of the Report (Summary of the work & Specific issues for comment) are also available.
