2. Czechoslovakia, who was a participating party to the Arrangement for the creation at Paris of an Office international d'hygiène publique, had signed and accepted the Protocol on 22 July 1946 and 1 March 1948, respectively. See also note 11 in chapter I.2.

4. The States parties to the Arrangement for the creation at Paris of an Office international d'hygiène publique, signed at Rome on 9 December 1907, were as follows:
